We ship orders within the United States and United Kingdom. Any country outside of that, will have to contact us for specifcs on rates. On occassion, we offer FREE shipping and encourage you to sign up on our newsletter to stay informed. All shipments are sent via Ground and take on average 7-10 business days after your order has been processed and payment has been received.

What is your Return Policy?
Our items have 60 days of warranty against manufacturing defects. Exchanges will be made during the first 30 days after purchase; for NEW and UNUSED items only. You as the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on all exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect. No refunds. Before any return or exchange is done, a RA# must be assigned to you.

How do I obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number?
Send us an email with the invoice number, date purchased, first and last name, items purchased and reasons for return. We will process your request and email you back with a RA# to submit your return/exchange.
